Rate Your Leaders (RYL-Polling) is a polling app.We should not and cannot wait until election day to make our voices and votes heard.
From councilors, to mayors, provincial leaders, municipal managers, MMCes, Ministers, Presidents, school principals and any public representative.
We need an oversight system, to monitor and grade them in real time.
They should not hide behind a big win on election day and then go do as they wish during the rest of their term without feeling any pressure that they provide excellent performance.
Our thumbs up/down votes on this app, is our daily vote for/against public officials and a way to get them to work hard, daily, in order to keep high ratings.How it works: 1.

The app calculates the score and gives a grade.Who will use this info?This info gives both the people and leaders a tool of reflection and concrete data to work with.
It can be used by News media, bloggers, content creators, commentators, campaigns, protesters and voters to substantiate their support or lack thereof of their representative.
It also corroborate official election results.
Hard working leaders are seen, thanked and encouraged.
They also encourage other emerging leaders.
Bad leaders are exposed and put under the pressure to do their work correctly.
This app also deters leaders who want power for the sake of abuse.
